Simulation of Internal Pipe Flows in Gasoline Port Fuel Injection System under Steady State Condition

Fluid flow models developed for pipe flows in gasoline port fuel injection system with different number of injectors working under steady state condition was simulated this study using Flow Master Software. Using existing equations, theoretical analysis were computed the same parameters and results obtained each parameter both simulation approach compared accordingly. The that had not shown much correlation due to assumptions computational errors. inlet pressure flowing across circular increased per unit time while fluctuations characterised by sinusoidal pattern observed on plot total at bends against time. normal along duct proportionally length but suddenly experience a decline picks up again as it encounters bend. mass rate increases gradually progressed. For three outcomes, decrease approaches pipe. Hence, use FLOWMASTER software Computational Dynamics (CFDs) can help predicting characteristics hydraulic computations.
